Our commitment to exceptional service extends to our delivery process. We take great care in ensuring that your flooring arrives on time and in perfect condition. Our delivery options are designed to be convenient and accommodating, with various choices to suit your schedule and location. Whether you're undertaking a small renovation or a large-scale project, we have the logistics in place to meet your needs.

FREE Collection From Our Warehouse: Unit 1, Endeavour Business Park, Crow Arch Lane,Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1SF.

Pallet Orders: Standard Delivery 2-5 Working Days. £40* (FREE Delivery Over £500).

Pallet Orders Express Delivery 1-2 Working Days. £50* (FREE Delivery Over £500).

Parcel Delivery (Samples): 1-2 working days. £7.50.

*Please note our pallet delivery covers all locations except for; London, All Islands & Scottish Highlands - We may require an additional delivery payment dependent on your postcode. To check the total cost for delivery, please contact us before you place your order.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our luxury vinyl flooring, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to make a return, we've made the process straightforward and hassle-free. Our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind, offering a simple way to exchange or refund your purchase if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

​Unwanted/Over-Ordered Returns:
We can accept unwanted/over-ordered goods as long as they are full boxes, within 7 days from receiving your order, and are returned back to us at customers own cost. Full refund will be issued once the goods are back and have been checked that they are in a sellable condition.

Damages:
For any damaged goods, please contact us. Upon receipt of photographic evidence of damage, we will replace free of charge.
